The Daily Immune Ritual I Trust All Winter Long

Winter is when I’m most intentional about supporting my immune system, and Pique’s Daily Immune has become one of my non-negotiables. It’s the kind of daily ritual that feels supportive, not overwhelming and one I actually look forward to.

What sets Daily Immune apart is its liposomal vitamin C, which helps deliver nutrients more effectively to your bloodstream and immune cells, where they can truly do their job. I notice the difference in how steady and resilient I feel, especially during colder months when my body needs extra support. The addition of elderberry gives it that extra layer of seasonal immune defense I trust.

Daily Immune supports my everyday immunity, collagen production, skin resilience, and antioxidant protection all in one simple step. I love that it fits seamlessly into my routine and tastes bright and refreshing.

Winter wellness doesn’t need to be extreme to be effective. For me, Daily Immune is an easy, consistent way to feel supported, strong, and cared for all season long

boston news

food & restaurants

A sweet treat on your way out of town. If you’re flying into or out of Boston Logan International Airport, don’t skip the L.A. Burdick Chocolate pop-up in Terminal C. Warm up with a hot chocolate and grab a chocolate mouse or two for the road.

These bars are now fully stocked. Five Boston restaurants — 89 Charles, Bebop, Carmelina’s, New England Wicked Craft Company, and Serefina — transferred their beer-and-wine licenses, allowing them to expand their drink menus further. According to Boston.com, these restaurants now hold an all-alcohol license.

New Greek-Japanese Omakase Spot Coming to Seaport. Coming this summer from the masterminds behind Krasi and Bar Vlaha, Boston Magazine reports Moro Mou will be “blending Greek ingredients prepared using Japanese techniques for a 15-seat omakase.”

Chinatown’s Double Chin closes. An Asian fusion spot featuring Hong Kong-style street food and fusion fare shut down this week, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.

What I’m cooking this week:

Paired with:

  • Grasshopper by Bottled Opinions, a women-run label from Sofia, Bulgaria. This natural, unfiltered Pét-Nat (petillant naturel) is made with a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. Found at Petrova Chocolates (61 Salem St, Boston, MA).

travel

New Capital One Lounge rules are now in effect. Cardholders must now pay $45 per guest they wish to bring. They can still add authorized users, but there is now a $125 fee. Users can avoid these fees by spending “$75,000 or more on your Venture X or Venture Business card in a calendar year,” according to The Points Guy.

Don’t let AI plan your travel. A now-deleted travel blog, Tasmania Tours, recommended travelers visit Weldborough Hot Springs. According to CNN, the site promised this “tranquil haven” was a “favourite” for hikers and “a peaceful escape.” The only problem: the hot springs don’t exist.

lifestyle + culture

Boston’s coldest weekend yet. We’ve heard ‘dangerously cold’ before, but we haven’t seen temperatures this low. Wind chills are expected to reach -25°, according to NBC Boston.

A reason to go to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall. Snow sculptor Fitzy Snowman has been shaping the snow banks around the marketplaces into works of art. Check them out before they melt.

MFA’s 8-figure problem. To address an eight-figure deficit, the Master of Fine Arts Boston laid off 33 employees and eliminated 23 vacant roles (a 6.3% reduction). But the museum is now facing backlash for including curators of Islamic and Native American art among the cuts, according to WGBH News.

Renting is cheaper than owning. Thanks to soaring mortgages and other homeowning costs, you’ll pay more to own than rent in 100 of the largest cities in the US, according to Axios. Boston-area homeowners pay 40% more per month (~$1,000) than renters.

A community in mourning. The crew of The Lily Jean was all lost last week after the ship sank 25 miles off the coast of Cape Ann. According to WBUR, all seven crew members are presumed dead, and only one — Accursio “Gus” Sanfilippo, a skipper from Gloucester — has been recovered.

How well do you know Mass colleges? This was a category on Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions this week. Boston.com has all the questions (and answers).

What I’m reading this week:

  • Land of Milk and Honey by C Pam Zhang. A young chef takes a job at a secluded compound in Italy after smog wipes out crops across the world.

  • Girl, 11 by Amy Suiter Clarke. Elle is a social worker-turned-true crime podcaster outside of Minneapolis, investigating murders she believes were done by a serial killer everyone else believes is dead.
